继2020 年冬季体能营成功举办以后, 北美户外加龙龙舟队将在冬季为明年参加温哥华国际龙舟赛的队员提供室内体能训练项目。

Program Detail: a) 5:10 - 6:10 Cardio Training (at least 20 minutes) Outdoor running that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up for at least 20 minutes, preferably more. Purpose: To develop your endurance and Increase Cardio Strength. (Traning for proper running posture inc . lead by 追云逐雪 (Jacky Wu) If you cannot make it at 5:10, you can come at 5:40 pm for warming up). b) 6:15 - 7:15 Indoor Core Strength Work on shoulders, lats, abs, quads, back, chest, and every muscle in between. Purpose : Build up one's muscles and increase stamina.To get strong and flexible. Become balanced and stabilized in the boat. (Lead by Gordon Sam & Cindy)
c) If the weather permits, we may get on the water for dragon boat practises.
