Commerical Dr.上的餐厅酒馆店铺等等

在Commerical Dr.住过相当一段日子，基本上每家餐厅酒馆店铺都光顾过，写一些信息和大家分享..太忙，争取每周写一点点 :wink:

Commercial Dr是温哥华的一条老街，最早的Italy town，老街一直很特色很繁忙. 先从最南端说起，靠的Grandview Hwy第一店铺生意总是不行，几年间易手多次，从最早的葡萄牙餐厅到再到Ends Cafe现在的St.Augustine's，试过几次St.Augustine's，小吃零食没什么特色，但他家生啤酒(beer on tap)不错，有四十多种，在温哥华也是数一数二的，我喜欢它家的八块钱尝试任何四种(sample any 4 beer for $8 ),The Drive上另一家可以争艳Draft Beer的是Stella's Tap & Tapas Bar，以后再表 :wink:

I went International Ice Cream Factory a couple of times...Millions of choices, I was so satisfied with it! Wonderful :sm5e:

不好意思，才看见，The Drive有一家意大利bakery不错，在三街的西北角，傍晚时分，店主会连卖带送把当日做的点心都销出去，旁边的一家意大利小铺有腌制的海鲜小食可以一试.turkish coffee没有太多映象，Britannia对面偏北有二家turkish coffee，喝过几次，没有觉得很特别

先说几个Commerical Drive上看世界杯的地方吧

Falconetti's East Side Bar & Grill

虽然是家pub，但它家的东西多是homemade，价廉物美，比如各式香肠都是自制，它家香肠我最喜欢的是Yucatan Chicken，辣是那种孜然加辣椒的风味，加一块钱尝试wrap style，flour tortilla里面还夹有不少小锅炒制的蔬菜.$7.75

另外喜欢点他家的Spinach Salad配有烤核桃,羊奶酪，另加三块多钱可以加烤肉或自选香肠。

它家Brunch也很不错，可以一试,我较喜欢的有：Breakfast Burrito(自选香肠 or smoked salmon)$7.99, The Hasher$6.99和Steak and eggs $9.99

这家生意很红火，每有比赛，要早些去才有空位

这是一家七十年代就在Commercial Drive营业的意大利咖啡店，本次世界杯期间早上4:30am就开门营业方便看早场球的球迷。这家虽然店面很旧装潢较差，但没有市侩之气---店主Joe是一友善的意大利老人，一点也不介意顾客一杯咖啡从头看到尾，老人家有时还会过来和你聊聊球，不象通常的Canadian Pub---偶然能看到足球，背景音乐也很吵很烦....今天下班后去它家看了南韩和尼日利亚的重播，唉,尼日利亚浪费了好几个机会，韩国太幸运--进了16强了
