From my perspective the trips organized by members such as Camony/Alex, Lulu, Tiger and others, are done through their own time, efforts, and commitment without asking anything in return. We can’t ask these few people to do more in order to suit our own needs. Just like you and I they are working people with busy schedules also. We all have the opportunity to organize trips which will suit our needs and we can easily get assistance from other experienced CROSSNA members or from a variety of resources. The idea of making a rating system for the trips is currently addressed by the information in the sign-up including links to guides which already rate the trail difficulty. I have noticed that the organizers do, on most occasions rate the trips either directly or through providing detailed information. In fact these are the best trip sign up descriptions I have ever seen. Also most of the local clubs like BCMC and North Shore Hikers have many members who have over the years contributed enough involvement, help and resources to develop well organized outdoor clubs.
We all have to help including myself if these are some of the ideas you want to put into action. It’s all about team work...
说得好! 我甚至建议每次参加活动的人捐献几块给北美户外. 再多说一句, 这个网站完全可以产生点经济效益的, 如广告什么的...
