The -30C down sleeping bag still felt cold at night. It was only -17ish max during the night with a little bit wind blowing. I don't know why.

I added a few more pictures of others' shelters. The one I slept in was the coldest one - we didn't cut down trees to build it, only used dead woods and branches.

I'm not sure if any of you guys want to do this kind of stuff. I kind want to go back and do it all over again. I'm a cold sleeper and don't like cold at all. But I just keep coming back to winter camping. Strange, isn't it?

一些体会和您共享：

1. 钻进睡袋前要确保您的身体是暖和的，睡袋只是起绝缘保暖作用并不能给你的身体增加热量.....

2. 扎营的地址也要考虑，低洼的地方冷空气下沉，开阔地带比如山脊地带wind chill factor高，温度倍减.....

3. 雪季扎营四季帐防寒防风防雪性更胜一筹，三季帐不可比....

4. 雪季，少喝酒多喝水，但不要憋尿，想方便就去方便---不然的话体热要维持尿液的温度，这样会减少体热的消耗....

5. 睡袋至少睡前一个小时就要松展开，如果觉前冷的话可以穿上Down Jacket和夹裤(insulated pant e.g. 厚的fleece裤或PrimaLoft 材料的裤子)睡

5. 可以用广口瓶注入热水，放入睡袋起热水袋的作用，但切记瓶口一定要拧紧，热胀冷缩...

6. 末梢散热快，冷的话可考虑带帽，带围脖，穿厚袜或bootie，带羊毛或fleece手套睡觉...

7.可以用hand warmer/toe warmer来暖和自己
