One of Wanderung's lesser known core activities is cycle touring. If you haven't bikes the Gulf Islands, the KVR, the San Juans or the Galloping Goose, you haven't lived.

Starting last Thursday (June 2), Vancouver has been celebration Velopalooza 2011
- a celebration of the bike in our fine city.  All kinds of rides and events are
going on,... and we mean ALL kinds.  
- bike repair workshops
- organized rides: nude, for food, costume themed, shopping tours,
- cycle touring workshop
- performances, parties and live events.

Some events are even put on by existing Wanderung subscribers with a love for the 2 wheeled, non motorized vehicles:
