Try Burnaby moutain trails. You are ready if you can do the following trails within the time limit

Gaglardi Way -> Nicoles trailhead up->Mels->Trans Canada trail left uphill->Cardiac hill->Trans Canada trail right downhill->power linr trail->pipe line trail->Lower snake trail->upper cut trail->gear jammer trail->Cardiac hill->Trans Canada trail right downhill->power linr trail->pipe line trail->Nicoles trailhead

around 10km and 540m cumulated elevation 2~3 hours
