與朋友騎自行車去西摩瀑布大壩，要加入嗎？

Must Register to Attend indicating option for meeting location, deadline is on Friday 8 pm.

Two options for meeting place:

1. meet at Lower Seymour Conservation Parking Lot:

Requirement: Helmet, fair road experience.
Meeting Time: 12:00 pm
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 整個往返行程大約需要兩個小時的自行車程, strictly cycle time, about 25 km。
Route condition: paved route with no car traffic, bike path.

2. meet at McDonald's Restaurants on Main Street ( Near 1st Street ) Vancouver

1527 Main St, Vancouver

Requirement: Helmet, good road experience, must comfortable riding in car-traffic roads/conditions.

Meeting Time: 9:00 am
Difficulty: moderate with some steep sections
Time: 3 hour cycling from Mcdonald to Lower Seymore Fall Conservation Parking Lot via lion's gate bridge, capitlano, Montroyal Blvd, Lillooet. Then Another hour cycling from Parking Lot to Lower Seymour Fall Dam。 Time indication is one way, about 36 km.
Route condition: paved roads with car traffics, some steep sections.

a. Beginner Level – need to improve techniques and road experience
b. Level 1 - ~15 km/hr with some road experience
