172 km circuit around Mont Blanc by Pedro

I wanted to forward these photo that i upload on Facebook on my hike around Mont Blanc. It was a 172 km circuit with 11 high elevation pass (2500m plus). Also it goes around France, Italy and Switzertland.

To conclude, it was one of the toughest trip I have done in a long time. I felt like the first time I did West Coast trail. hahahah Would I do it again? Yes because it was an incredible experiences.

Also many thanks to your team for all the camping and hiking in the snow because it came in really handy.

I have been very fortunated to have the opportunity to do all these trips and to come back to share them.

To tell you the trust, i was not very impressive with this circuit when i first heard about it because it seems like everyone has done it. However, I was blown away by how tough it was and the beauty it possessed. Overall, it was an incredible experience to hike in some of the big mountains in Europe.

At the same time, many of the hikers were using huts or refugio instead of tents. Further more, quite a few of them ate at the refugio so they did not carry any cooking gears or food. Overall, I hiked with a few people that carried only a day pack. So the question is bring more money and go in comfort or bring everything and save money.

Of course, i can help you with planning this trip but i am not sure if i am ready to do it again next year. hahahaha But you never know.

Overall, I think it costed me under $1500 which included airfare, ground transportation, accomondation, food and fee for camping or huts. I stayed ih the refugio for 2 days due to poor weather and another 2 due to darkness. it costed on average 20 euro a night.

Yes it would be good to hike with you guys again and share a camping hot pot.=)
