这周又没有整天的时间了，锻炼还是要坚持的----冬季锻炼的好去处：BCMC+Grouse Mountain Snowshoe trails

We will do BCMC this saturay@ 8am morning (11月30号)from Grouse Mountain free parking lot (the meeting place), anyone here is more than welcome to join us.

我们可以提供三人的Carpool，如不开车, 请跟贴说明，天车站接您.
