今年有想爬MT Rainier 的吗？6/20- 6/27

跟别人一起爬，他们会免费教冰雪知识，其他费用自理。以前湾仔跟他们爬过。现在他们在组队。

有有兴趣的吗？最好女伴，大家这几个月可以一起（两地）训练，互相鼓励。到时候也可以share tent，减少背装备。

我很久没运动了，现在体力也不行，还有3个月，现在开始训练来得及。

这个不好说，你要是啥都没有花费就比较多。要是基本的都有了，就花费很少了。

就我自己来说，基本backpacking的我有，比如帐篷，背包，睡垫等，剩下的有的租，比如塑料登山鞋，有的买，比如防风的炉子。

另外我们跟的爬山的这个组，是免费的，否则还要交一笔钱。
