CROSSNA MEC Club night(Nov, 17th 2016 7-9pm)---10% off

Dear Crossna,

I would like to personally invite your club to our autumn club night on Thursday, November 17th 2016.  Please read the following rules regarding our clubnight program and be sure to communicate them to your membership!
                          
1. Please confirm that your group will be attending by Thursday, October 6th 2016.
2.  Your club night will take place at the MEC Vancouver store location, at 130 West Broadway and will run for 2 hours, 7:00-9:00pm.
3.  One week prior to the event (November 10th) please provide an approximation of how many members plan to attend for staffing purposes.  As well, please provide a contact that will be able to remain at the door to assist in identifying your group’s members. All clubs must have someone stay at their table to check in members for the duration of the clubnight.  If your table is left unattended, your members cannot be checked in by MEC staff, and they will not receive the discount. Please be sure to have your membership list with you!
4.  You are welcome to bring promotional materials for your club to set up a display at the event if you wish to do so.  Our store tables are 4 feet in size, so please plan accordingly.
5.  Your members will receive 10% off of all regularly priced items purchased that evening – including bikes and boats!  All items must be in stock and purchased through our tills that evening. The discount also does not extend to the following items:
•         Clearance items
•         All Blundstone products
•         Items that are out of stock/not available at the Vancouver location
•         Items that are already included in a packaged discount.
6.  Members can put items on hold up to 48 hours before the event, and can be picked up at the Member Services Desk during the clubnight.  Items that have been purchased before the event cannot be returned and re-purchased at the discounted rate.  There are no exceptions to this rule.
7.  All participants must be members of Mountain Equipment Co-op in order to make a purchase. Lifetime memberships can be purchased during the event for $5.00.
