北美户外那天会有不少老hiker们做义工站台check in和解答问题，帮助山友们选购户外装备，及户外装备的一些展示等等

Dear Crossna,

I would like to personally invite your club to our Spring club night on Thursday, May 31st 2018. Please read the following rules regarding our clubnight program and be sure to communicate them to your membership!

Please confirm that your group will be attending by April 26th, 2018.

Your club night will take place at the MEC Vancouver store location at 130 West Broadway and and will run for 2 hours, 7:00 - 9:00pm.

Please provide an approximation of how many members plan to attend for staffing purposes by May 24th, 2018. As well, a designated club member is required to check in members at their table for the duration of the clubnight. If your table is left unattended, your members cannot be checked in by MEC staff and they will not receive the discount. Please be sure to have your membership list with you! Your club check-in leader should arrive no later than 6:50pm.

You are welcome to bring promotional material for your club to set up a display at the event if you wish to do so. Our store tables are 4ft in size, so please plan accordingly.

Your members will receive 10% off all regularly priced items purchased that evening - including bikes and boats! All items must be in stock and purchased through our tills that evening. The discount also does not extend to the following items:

Clearance Items
All Blundstone products
Items that are out of stock/not available at the Vancouver location
Items that are already included in a packaged discount
Members can put items on hold up to 48 hours before the event and can be picked up at the Member Services Desk during the clubnight. Items that have been purchased before the event cannot be returned and re-purchased at the discounted rate.

There are no exceptions to this rule.

All participants must be members of Mountain Equipment Co-op in order to make a purchase. Lifetime memberships can be purchased during the event for $5.00.

Now we are able to omni channel any item of your desire from another store if we do not have it at the Vancouver location and still receive 10% off the item. To access this wonderful perk, speak to any staff member to check to see if the item is still available at another location to get it shipped over to your home or to the store. Then the staff member will call the Service Centre for you and tell them the item you're ordering and that you're in the store for the clubnight event (you will have to show the staff member your discount card). The staff member will pass the phone over to you and you will confirm shipping and payment details. Easy as pie!

Intense mountain bikes are now eligible for the 10% discount! YAY!
The other policies are still in place; clearance, Blundstones, and package deals are not eligible for the discount. If you have any questions about these changes or about the rules of clubnight, please send them my way and I will answer them as soon as I can.

6.北美户外会员当晚享有10%折扣，包括船和自行车！只限正常价格物品和当晚有库存的物品。不包含清货物品和所有Blundstone产品，不包含当天晚上没有库存的货品，或者是已经打了折扣的整一系列的产品。
7. 理论上会员可以在48小时前电话预订货物，但是请小心使用这项福利。请不要hold 起大量的货品，这样对其他购买的人不公平；或者如果有太多的人去hold的话，会给店员增加工作量。当天晚上应该有5家俱乐部一起活动，MEC方面鼓励大家那天晚上一起来购买装备，一起互动，到店里了解一些其他的东西。

今年我们的俱乐部夜晚折扣活动有两项新的更新：
以前10%折扣只限于活动期间有存货的物品，现在如果本店没有存货，你可以在任何一家MEC的店以10%的折扣价格购买，你只需要告诉任何一位MEC的职员，请他们查一下其他的店有没有存货，他们会帮你向服务中心订货，记得出示你的折扣卡哦。职员在电话订货的时候会让你在电话里确认你的订单和付款详情。

This is a reminder that your club night event is next week, May 31st. Please make sure that members of your group know to check in with your table at the event to receive the discount card.
