【投票】ELAHO TO MEAGER的backpacking计划

计划7月长周末或8月长周末去ELAHO TO MEAGER，trail的介绍请参看：

初步有两个打算：
1、7月长周末去：6月29日(周五)下午下班后就出发，当晚在Elaho Trailhead附近的Lava Camp营地露营，周六/日在Mist Lake露营，周一回温哥华。

2、8月长周末去：8月3日(周五)下班后出发，当晚在Elaho Trailhead附近的Lava Camp营地露营，周六/日在Mist Lake露营，周一回温哥华。

想去的朋友讨论看看哪个时间更好？投票截止日期为6月20日。

今年的雪又比去年多很多，要留心high water，就此而言，八月份应该要较七月份好一些

the update: Elaho creek trail: Cesna Creek bridge out

Two of us planned to hike part of the Elaho -Meagre Creek trail last weekend. However, the bridge over Cesna Creek was severely damaged by heavy snowfall. Although the bridge is still there, it is so twisted that it would be very dangerous to cross without full mountaineering gear to belay one-another across the bridge. See my blog entry on the Elaho valley trail for a photo and details. So, unless the bridge gets fixed, the trail is effectively closed.

The Douglas fir loop and Lava creek campground are still accessible. See the Elaho Valley gallery for some photos of the Douglas fir stand and Elaho Valley.

其实7月初已经过了，8月初我考试，反正也去不了。
