Donations should be processed as follows:

Cheques must be made payable to the account name
Branches are to prepare a deposit slip bearing the donor's name, telephone number and full address including the postal code
Official tax reciepts will be issued by the organization (not HSBC) for donations of $10.00 and over
All donor inquiries, including tax receipts, should be directed to the organization (not HSBC).
