outfitter:
http://www.voyageuroutfitting.com/

I am a kayaker, a dry bag is a MUST. I think it should apply to canoers as well.

This is a long overdue trip plan made for 2007. It was cancled due to an unexpected car accident.

I will try to make it this year in May long weekends.

The group should have at least 4 (2 canoes) and at most 9 (4 canoes) people. Every one must have -7 sleeping bag, form mattress, water resistant pants, jacket and gloves for the tempreture could be still cold. If you are not equipt well, I will not allow you to go with the group.

Permission allows up to 9 persons with no more than 3 tents.

Canoes can be rented at Canoe Lake (I will follow up with telephone number), rental include life jacket, paddles, and of course, canoe - try to get lightest ones, otherwise portage will be very stressful although the trip does not have long portages.

The route is a flat route, we will not go though rapids, but carry canoe on portages. May is good to visit Algonquin for we have a great chance to see moose, dear and other animals - possiblly black bear too. Mosquittos will follow us but not at their peek yet.

I will book camping site if I can get 4 or more sign ups. You must committed before say
