Whatever, you had a superteam, meanwhile, everybody tasted joy or pain, and safely returned, it's great leadership.
I led a group of six went to lynn peak for the first ever hiking experience except me. Age from 11 to close 50. 3 hours up and 2 hours down, It's hard but enjoyable.
Here's some story while we were on the trail:
1. 2/3 up two of the hikers feel exhaust. I have to carry their backpacks because the other two children age 11 and 12 still want to go up, hard enough for me for such a short trail!... ...
2. A group of three catched up while we take a break. We supprisely find out one of them a blind person, a friend and his wife with their pet lead him climb the trail. He said that him lost his vision 10 years ago after hit by a truck. What a team, the love, the friendship, what a spirit?! |
