老胡, with such a late start in the morning, be ready to park the car in the school yard! Don't try to park it elsewhere (in no parking area)or you will get towed!

Let's change it half an hour earlier.

I'll be there between 7:00a.m.~7:30a.m. Hopefully we could leave by 7:30a.m. for a parking spot at trail head.

We might leave before 7:30a.m. if everybody get together by the time.
