《讨论》Mount Outram snowshoeing

看到CT的最新TR，有些心动，这条trail夏天时走过，停车场就在highway 3边上（the west gate of manning provincial park，离温哥华170KM），trail维护的不错，不难走，很适合ski或snowshoe，有很多的开阔地带，风景很不错，如果要登顶的话，路长了些，来回要18公里，爬高要1800M（最后登顶的一段有三四百米的爬高），不过冬天hiking看时间和体力等具体情况，可以走到哪里算哪里，应该能承受。

是准备当天往返吗？那些西人滑雪下来，来回也用了八个半小时。穿雪鞋上下恐怕要十一、二个小时哎。另外，如果看不到路标，trail好找吗？

You can't see Outram from most of Highway 3 but as noted in this photo, you can see the summit from the red roofed chalet in Sunshine Valley, and vice versa.
