My Training Plan
Baseline: 10K
Regular runs: 2-3 times per week, 10K, tempo speed (70-80% racing pace), on weekdays.
Long runs: once a week, slow pace, long distance up to 21K, on weekends.
Schedule for long runs:
May 29: 13K, Done, 62 mins.
June 5: 16K, Done, 79 mins.
June11: 22K, Done, 1:49.
June 19: 11K, Done.
June 27: RACE DAY
