Dear Friends and Members,
As you may know warm-up exercises are essential to any workout, especially for hiking, snowshoeing and marathon. Preparing the muscles and joints for more intense activity helps prevent injury, as well as promoting circulation. Warm-up exercises increase the temperature of the body, making the muscles more flexible and receptive to strenuous activity.
Johnny Lee, our Physical Training Instructor would like to conduct a 'Warm-up, Cool Down Exercises' for us. Here are the info :
Date : March,01.2011 Tuesday
Time : 7:30PM - 9:00PM
Place : McDonald's Restaurants 8190 Alderbridge Way, Richmond
Dress Code : Comfortable/warm Sportswear (we may go outdoor practise)
Gear : A bottle of water, you may need it after the practise
