简单健康的芒果虾色拉

看了网上几个芒果虾的菜谱,根据自家的材料调整了一下。

材料:煮熟过的虾,芒果2个,鲜玉米2根,香菜一小把,黄瓜一根。

做法:芒果切丁(破开去核,不破皮但划肉成小块再刮去),去皮黄瓜切丁,香菜切碎,鲜玉米微波炉一分半锺后切下玉米粒。

全部用青柠汁,加少少糖拌起来。冰箱冷藏室放置一小时左右再食, 非常清甜可口.

最近又做了一次(见图),稍稍改了一下,不错,曾带到公司potluck过也很受欢迎

用了三个芒果,还有一些黄瓜,红灯笼椒和香菜碎,也加了一些煮熟过的虾,调料很简单,就是一个半青柠汁并加了少许糖,吃前在冰箱里放置了一二个小时,可以早上做中午吃,也可以中午做晚上吃

这个周六在停在Granville Island的鱼船上买的spot prawn, 新鲜活虾大但不便宜($14 per lb)。现在虾季开始了,价格将会降不少 :)
