Different people have different personal reasons to be in the mountains. My reasons are many. One of them is to learn. On so many lucky occasions, mostly in the alpine, I have been overwhelmed upon finding myself next to those who are effortlessly great. They can be slow, lacking technical skills and experience, but their hearts are great in every-day life without realizing, pretending and being fake. They are pure. Images of them making last and probably hardest move before stepping on the summit will forever etch in my memory. It makes me feel small and guilty thinking that I will never reach their level of grace. It also makes me proud of having such a company that I probably didn't deserve. 8)

Doctor, what a great reason to be in the mountains. There are many foot prints in the mountains. Some of them reflect who we are, and some of them are quite different from us. We learn to know who we are from those environments including people we rarely meet. Nature has its power to remind us to be humble and seek who we are, being natural is the calling of life. I'd love to seek for people with enthusiasm for pureness. Let's go and meet them :)
