Head North and go along Barnet Hwy (7A). Have breakfast around Coquitlam Centre then we are back on the Lougheed Hwy (7) after the Pinetree Way.

Coquitlam Centre opens at 9:30am on Saturday, so no food services are available.

I found a "Tim" on Lougheed & Shaughnessy. Will give out details tonight. Stay tuned.

用gaiters, 穿防雪/防水衣服, 最好用一對登山杖
