Sun Run 2010

This is my fifth sun run. I feel much more challenge this year because of my new born baby. Even though I managed to run regularly but I'm not as energetic. My tempo pace is slowed down a little. My target is under 45 mins. I probably could meet my goal if my baby would let me sleep 6+ hours the night before the race. :-)

Anyways, does anybody else plan running?

Just in case you don't know Sun Run is a 10k fun event. A lot of people walk the whole course so it can be also called Sun Walk. Or Rain Walk this year because the weather forecast so far is raining on Sunday.

上星期在Metrotown的central park试了试跑10KM，状态好的话希望能在一小时跑完。当然没法跟高手比了，俺领的牌子是purple的 :D

I'll be running. This is also my 5th Sun Run.
My best time is 56:38.
I'd be happy if I can make it within 60 minutes this year.
I've been lazy recently. This is a good wake up call.

今年绿组和黄组里怎么这么多walkers挡道？前面五公里完全是有劲没处使。直到上了Burrard桥才能跑的起来（记得往年出了English Bay就有很大空隙了）。虽然下了桥后越跑越快，最后是冲着过终点的，居然还是比目标多了TMD九秒 :evil:

看来明年要混入蓝组才能躲开人群。

不好意思, 我就是绿组里挡道的人之一. 哈哈.

50分钟还不满意呢, 牛人啊.
没想到除了M&M还有这么多高手啊.

只顾喘粗气了，竟没看到你！

没人拦我道。实在跑不动了，只好变成走了。没想到竟停了十几次，充分理解为什么那么多人在走。 :oops:

不过天气特好，非常值得！

明年还要再跑。 :D

For me, didn't train very well this year, 3 minutes more than own my PR. :oops:

我看人实在是太多了，就混入了绿组:hh:。结果正如Sars所言，还是发现walker太多，我一直到了终点，感觉还是像在丛林里穿越一样。希望明年能跑进50分钟。
