Mon. 9月6日返回Burnaby in the afternoon

费用：建议 Car pool $25 for 500 km, 4 hours drive one way from Vancouver

We'll be provided with wetsuits, lifejackets and helmets, and we'll be with a guide the whole time.

PADDLE: Raft the best part of the Thompson Canyon twice in one day! At half time enjoy a hearty lunch while your guides load the rafts back up river for your second run. The double shot is perfect for whitewater junkies who want rapids all day long. This trip totals over 42 rapids and 45 km of rafting.Trip includes 5 hours of rafting, buffet style luncheon at the Hyak base, all necessary rafting gear, and all shuttles to the river from our Lytton base.

建议须携带的装备清单：

On the River:
1. Bathing suit and/or shorts (no cotton or jean shorts)

2. Footwear that won't come off: i.e. water sandals with heel strap, old running shoes, wetsuit booties

3. Rain jacket/windbreaker, preferably waterproof

4. Polar fleece/wool sweater & wool socks (for cooler days)

5. Medications, sunscreen (there is a small dry-bag on the raft for these items)

After Rafting:
1.Dry clothes/shoes & towel

Other items:
1. food/snacks for dinner on saturday, breakfast and dinner on sunday, Breakfast on Monday
