我如果看到有好deal，会随时贴上来的,你也可以自己装个SAC Alert（steepandcheap网站上可以下载），http://www.gearattack.com/等网站可以查询以往出现过的装备，和同时观察4个网站的动态。不少deal都会反复出现的，具体信息请看此贴:

为及时抢到好东西，可以预先注册个SAC帐号，然后log in(总保持log in的状态),再把信用卡信息和邮寄地址事先填好存上(最好填美国的地址)，这样一出现good deal就可以很快选中check out不会错过了

你如果有美国的亲朋好友，可以寄到他们的地址，也可以弄个边境上的US Shipping Address，然后自己去取

其实绝大部分的软壳并不适合我们这里pacific west的天气，第一它不是waterproof只是穿个若干次的water resistant，第二它湿了后较不容易干，除非是Gore-tex soft shell材料的软壳较好些，但相对硬壳来说还是差不少. 而且硬壳一定要保养才能持续保持好的防水状态---这并不难材料也便宜(用Gore-Tex wash & waterproofing温水分别机洗两次).

如果一定要买软壳，建议选轻薄型。如果行前知道天气不错或不太坏，可以带上软壳，毕竟它的防风性不错...

我是买一件goretex软壳再加一件防风和resistant的内胆，感觉应该是跟硬壳相仿。实质上可能还是差了些。不过我朋友的硬壳也一样有渗水，所以不知道到底啥问题。

Gore-Tex的硬壳材料也有区分，我个人体会：就防水性而言，Gore-Tex Pro > Gore-Tex Paclite > Gore-Tex performance Shell,价钱也因此有高低.....软壳还是不合适我们这里的天气，除非是预先知道出行时的天气较好.
