谢谢，这个俺知道，但是信用卡的billing address填写不了呀，没有加拿大的选项呀。billing地址不对的话，一般来说是刷不过去的。

where it asks for a billing address, you put in TSBshipping address but leave out the name TSBshipping. Billing/shipping address is the same. Just make sure they have a current email address to send you the order confirmation and copy of receipt. Checkout with your current credit card. So far it has worked for me.
