Wish to attend Whistler X/C on Sunday 1+ car
I might go DH on Saturday but will let you know.

Alex, I'm not sure but it looks like someone wants to know if AT gear is ok for Sunday. I assume this person has Alpine Touring and not Alpine Downhill gear. Either way the gear is heavier but they could possibly be able to tour up the steeper trails. Only problem is that the DH touring gear really cuts into the trails groomed for X/C and causes damage to the trail when coming down. They could tour up to Callaghan lake. Staying in the track set and skinning up is ok. Not sure if that helps. Good video on proper pole use.

It was lots of fun last week but for sure I'll eat less :wink:

不好意思, 那天走开了, 没想到后来你会受伤. 刚刚看到图片, 吓了一跳.
看上去很严重呀.
不过, 我在九,十年前第一次SKI便摔断了前十字韧带, 下山后直接去了BURNABY HOSPITAL的EMERGENCY. 从此不敢再碰SKI, 只好转滑SNOWBOARD了. 拖了多年之后, 终究还是做了ACL重建手术.
象你这样休息几个星期就能恢复的话还算是幸运了吧.
多保重.

不想影响大家周末去玩的心情，只是想提醒一下滑雪毕竟比较危险，要多点安全防范意识。

我们会在 8:30 前到达, 租好装备, 在 Lodge 等你们. 我家在 oak 夹 67 Ave. 附近, 车上还有两个座位, 如有同学需要 Carpool, 没有问题.

今天把AT Bindings和Ski送去Mount了，下周取。以后有机会就可以参加你们的滑雪活动了，也可以参加lulu的雪鞋了。 :lol: :lol:
