明天 9 点在Cherry St 的大统华会合，先到TT park 里骑一圈，然后往西到 Humber Bay, 再返回大统华.
回来时在大统华休息一下，吃东西。

昨天天气不错，湖边清新的空气，平坦的trail，真是跑步、骑车的好地方，凉风轻轻拂过脸面，让人觉得神清气爽。我们骑车的是4位，骑到Humber Bay 西边的小亭子往回返，后来见到精神抖擞的wang3yi同学一路跑过来，好久没见到wang3yi 同学了，据说一直在练长跑，在准备5月份的半马。

You are crazy to try riding 300-500 km in one day.  :wink: I still feel the pain on my butt after last year’s 183km journey. :oops:  I will post pics of my new custom built full carbon bike I finished last winter when I get home. It’s a light and fast machine, and sexxxy. or on here:

Very glad to see such a nice bike.

To make it more sexier, replace the wheel set with at least a Token C33AC or a C50 carbon wheel.

Token C33AC's rim is made of alloy combined with carbon fiber, more expensive than mine. I will try to spot a set of  full carbon wheels some time down the road.

I prefer to buy bikes than investing in houses. They are good enough to do pro level road racing, at least in term of the groupset and frame. One is equipped with SRAM RED, the other is with SRAM RED Limited Tour Edition. However the wheelsets are not that good.
I invested more on my bikes/ gears/cycling apparels than on my car. I know there are more people like me in Toronto. Bike is a reliable friend, a road partner, a representation of high technology and material, a product of modern physics, aero dynamics, and ergonomics, and a piece of art and history.
Tony, upgrade your Cannodale to a full carbon fiber. You wouldn’t regret. You have to have at least two bikes. Money is just like clouds, it goes and it comes, isn’t it?
