[滑雪召集12月3~4號]週六Downhill, 週日Uphill

天氣預測12月3~4號, 週六和週日天氣晴朗.

滑雪召集 (不是訓練營):

地點: Cypress滑雪塲

週六--玩downhill.

週日--玩uphill 即是cross-country skiing.

時間: 隨大家喜歡 (早點出車,有位停泊,不用走這麼遠)

週六目的: 到了滑雪塲, 電話聯絡, 一起滑两三轉, 中午時一起吃午飯談天說地.
週日目的: 練習越野滑雪,預備28公里長征.

報不報名不重要, 最重要是:到時山上見 :lol:  :lol:

用這個蠟水便可以。
要是沒有時間做熱蠟，我也用蠟水塗抹雪板。
分別是當然熱蠟是最好，康樂性質的滑雪可以三至四次後再加熱蠟，
蠟水效果沒有熱蠟好，最好在滑雪那天塗抹一層。

用-6至+1的溫度，適合。不要用太低的溫度。

欢迎加入我们越野滑雪的队伍！

我觉得越野滑雪的魅力太大了，除了整天置身在大自然中，还能体会到技术不断进步的乐趣。 可行出十几公里，活动范围大。

另外，越野滑雪的技术与音乐有某种相通之处，那就是韵律和节奏，掌握了滑雪的节奏，一方面省力，另一方面身体适应节奏后，就不容易觉得累。还有动作的美感，我的技术还不是很协调，但我觉得我逐渐入了门了，还有很大的提升空间。 想增加运动量，就加块节奏，想休息，就减慢节奏。

单脚滑行的训练就变得非常关键了，因为，单脚滑行时，就是休息，节省体力。从能控制好身体的平衡和节奏着手训练，把每个动作做到位。

Thanks very much for the post, which reminds me of the wonderful skiing we had together in the past.

Unfortunately, I am travelling this weekend again and cannot join you.  

I cannot wait to go up the hills and look forward to any outing in the near future.

Thanks very much for the post, which reminds me of the wonderful skiing we had together in the past.

Time flies, we haven't skied together for several seasons.
We'll balance ourselves between downhill & uphill this year.
