谢谢Lulu的提醒，早上查了一下雪崩预报，似乎很高，都是High，所以为安全起见还是改Mt.Seymour算了。很遗憾，不过还是安全第一吧。集合时间也改到8：15am

这几天天气预报不是很好看，但Windsor应该没啥问题。
集合地点:Safeway Parking Lot on East Broadway & Commercial, next to sky train station.

Directions

Park at either the Deeks Lake or Deeks Bluff trailheads (note: due to Sea to Sky highway conststruction for 2010 Olympics parking may be limited).

Details

From either trailhead head for Deeks Lake. Once at the lake head eastwards (clockwise) along a track near the shore. In short order you will hit a small rockfield, cross that and look for a sign on a tree that says Mt. Windsor/Peak 5400. Follow the well marked trail upwards (tags and some flagging).

Further up another sign will direct to keep heading northwards (eastward goes to Peak 5400). Pretty quick you will emerge into a meadow area. This is the saddle between Deeks Peak and Windsor. Head eastward from here and follow a track towards Windsor. Some minor scrambling when nearing the summit.

Deeks Peak can also be gained from the meadow/saddle. A sketchy route wanders up through trees and bush (some flagging) to the summit of Deeks.

對講機頻道：6-6（6主频道，6子频道）

必备装备：
1> lunch & snacks
2> 防水Hiking boots
3> 1.5升水 (better to bring some hot water in the themos)
4> 一對手套, hat
5> quick dry base layer 和一套御寒保暖衣服(e.g. fleece/down jacket)
6> 防雨防风外套
7> 头灯/手电筒
8> Day hiking背包及rain cover
9> 防晒霜
10>墨鏡
11> Gaiters,防雪防湿鞋湿裤又能防脏
12> 雪鞋和Microspike（如果没有，为了你自己的安全，就麻烦不要报名了，谢谢！）
13> 登山杖
14> 雨具

一些注意事项：

需要CARPOOL的朋友准备两双鞋（一双是登山鞋），在开始Hiking前和结束后，换上干净的鞋，这样省去车主打扫车内卫生，谢谢！还可以再准备一双备用的袜子。爬完山，能让脚舒服一下也是种享受 .

手套很有用，保暖防寒，要防水／快干的。
