Hi, no worries, I walked around the park instead of running yesterday, too lazy to run on my own,Haha! But it was a beautiful walk, and I certainly enjoyed it . If you are planning to run in the coming two days, anytime will be good for me, pls just let me know. Tks!

由于脚踝的扭伤还需要点时间康复,还有其他旧患的考虑,

决定暂停跑步召集,没能坚持下去,非常抱歉!

祝早日康复再一起跑。我现在每周三次中午跑(每次五十分钟),一个多次跑马拉松的同事正训练我---虽然我的目标只是半马,发现训练并不轻松,有变速跑,还有跑坡,对我来说还是很辛苦但会坚持。我想等你恢复后,我们可以不用每次都跑sea wall,可以跑软一些trail(Stanley Park里也有不少),这样对膝盖比较好.
