上周六去岛上Sea Kayaking+hiking一日游, 这里简单说一下，想去的朋友可以参考：

Bowen岛离温哥华坐船十五分钟的距离，可能是人口最密集的Gulf Island吧。

Kayaking+hiking的一日游，携车上岛比较方便，如果用预先充值的BC Ferries Experience™ Card(可以打电话要，也可去BC ferry拿)，轮渡vehicle和passengers 到Bowen岛有35%-40%的折扣。

***下午开车到Mt. Gardner脚下开爬，Mt.Gardner的北峰上下（南峰无风景所以放弃.）  




去北峰的路线一般是这样的：
先走标记清楚的Skid Trail，接到Hikers Rd上，再沿着这条logging Road走上一大段，注意左手边的标记，记着跟着“N. MT. GARDNER TR.”走就是了

no, we did 3 hour sea kayaking first, then drove up Mt. Gardner Road to the gate to start the hike. it's nicer because we do not have to walk to the trail head via the meadow & kilarney lake, a much more shorter & faster trip
