我们计划六月二十九日 - 七月七日 开车家庭游

请教熟悉温哥华及西雅图的大侠：

-  must-see places ？

- Restaurants,  上海，东北，或广东菜皆可 ？


行程

Calgary -> Vancouver, BC-> Victoria, BC -> Vancouver, BC -> Seattle WA -> Spokane WA -> Nelson BC -> Calgary;

我们的计划

Day1.
June 29th, Leave Calgary, visit "wapta falls at Yoho national park", "meadow in the sky parkway" at Mount Revelstoke National Park,  stay at Kamloop.

2. June 30th, Leave Kamloop , Capilano Suspension Bridge

Ferry to Victoria, and stay at Victoria;

3. July 1st , stay at Victoria– Butchart Garden(optional),Downtown Victoria (firework)

4. July 2nd, visit Butchart Garden(optional), Nanaimo and Ferry  to Vancouver downtown；

5. July 3rd,  – Stanley Park - stay at Vancouver

6. July 4th,  Leaving Vancouver and head to Seattle outlet malls;

7. July 5th,  Visit Seattle downtown, etc;

8. July 6th,  Leaving Seattle, visit City spokane -> Spokane WA -->   back Canada , Nelson, BC.   Stay @ Nelson, BC

9. July 7th,  Visit Nelson &  Kootenay Lake ->  Back Calgary.

2. June 30th, Leave Kamloop , Capilano Suspension Bridge .

Capilano Suspension Bridge charges for admission; Lynn Canyon Suspension is free.  You will have the same feel & experience.  I live in North Vancouver, I always take visitors to Lynn Canyon, you can even take a short hike to the far end.

If you have time, you can hike or take a gondola up the Grouse Mountain.  There are free entertainments, like lumber jack show, birds in motion, live grizzle bears, free chair ride on the mountain top & it offers a phenomenal view of downtown Vancouver.

Stanley Park 太大了，建议在附近租个自行车花一二个小时骑一圈加周边一些骑行, 附近很多租车的地方,

可以问租车行要份骑行地图，从还可以带自行车坐船到Granville Island玩玩看看，也可以沿False Creek骑骑玩玩

广东菜--南轩最近有优惠，好象是吃五十送十四,吃二十五送七块五(最近每天的明报都有这个Coupon),用到七月底为止),它家的金沙蟹和走地鸡还是很不错的.

上海菜--上海粗菜馆，新开的评价不错，在丽晶广场 , 电话订座，我上次现去等了半个多小时还没有座位。还可以顺便逛逛丽晶广场

维多利亚是一个很舒适休闲的英式风格的旅游城市。一日游去DT转转,Royal BC Museum,Craigdarroch Castle,Butchart Gardens等等看看玩玩都很不错...在Downtown悠悠地转转看看就很舒服，夏季的街头总是有很多节目。

如果你带孩子的话，去Royal BC Museum看看，现在有恐龙展，孩子一定很喜欢。这也是个非常好的博物馆。 现在里面Imax放的电影ROCKY MOUNTAIN EXPRESS也非常好看.
