睡袋-7度建議是根據我自己個人舒適和保暖程度作標準。我也有一個-30度, 非常暖和，但走三天，背包重量要計算準確, 會量力而為。

山脊上风大，要去买上一些雪钉固定帐蓬，另外睡垫要好，可以用down mat，或者用两个睡垫(充气在上泡沫在下)代替.

此次雪地扎营海拔高二千米以上又在山脊上，温度低风又大，大家一定要注意防寒防风，一定要多带
保暖的袜子，要带羽绒服,Fleece Jacket,化纤棉的保暖裤/Fleece裤子，厚手套厚帽子

扎营时一定要至少二人一起操作，以防帐蓬被风吹走

谢谢Lulu，我得去买几根钉子。我有个R值4.7的垫子，再加一个硬泡沫的，应该没问题。严格来说，我们的第一次Backpaking是在雪地里，只是帐篷在木板上，那次教训太大了。

Highway 3 - Hope to Princeton

+59.1km Manning Park Lodge/Gibson Pass Road/Blackwall Peak road

The Blackwall Peak road leads to a microwave tower. From the end of the road, the Heather Trail leads to Three Brothers Mountain. Just beyond Buck Camp, the Bonnevier Trail branches off to East Gate.

Fat Dog Trail (Cambie Creek)

Calculated Length: 10 km

General Route: The route branches off Similkameen River and goes up Fat Dog Creek. Start at Cambie Creek parking lot, initially following a logging road. From the end of the logging road, the trail climbs towards Big Buck and Three Brothers Mountain. The alpine area has excellent meadows for skiing.

Condition: No deadfall, usually broken trail in winter. Old RoadType: Trail

How to Find:

How to Follow: Look for signs on Highway 3, about 2km east of Allison Pass. The parking lot is on the northeast side of the highway. Ski up the obvious road heading up the Similkameen River. Cross the river on a log bridge. Soon after the bridge, bear right again up a hill. At the third fork keep right again. Near the back end of the valley, there is a large clearcut. The trail switchbacks up to a saddle towards a large burn in the subalpine. Ridges and meadows lead up towards the Heather Trail and an alternative descent via Blackwall Peak road.

I haven't snowshoed for the whole season; but I determine to tackle the loop. You all can manage if I can. :)

Saturday & Sunday - Sunny , 0°C - 12°C

會留意天氣走勢, 如果轉差, 最遲週三晚決定去向。

不用帶冰鎬, 但最好帶一個 insulation bag 防止水瓶內的水結冰。
