Steps are as follows:

1. Go to the link of this video on Youtube

2. Click "Share"

3. Click "Embed"

4. Check the box next to "Use old embed code"

5. Copy the embed code

6. Paste the code on the page for posting the video.

7. Edit the coding as follows -
[flash width=640 height=360 loop=false]https://www.youtube.com/v/z0pPhTLvzu4?hl=en_US

*** add[/flash]right after US & no space after false]

8. Submit
