去youtube注册一个帐号，然后按说明上传你的录像，登录进去后上传-----https://www.youtube.com/upload 

上传好后，把录像链接拷贝粘贴到你的贴子发表里就可以了 ...

thanks .  LULU.  now i have two tasks to do .  one it to send the vedio.  another one is to learn how to teach dance.   i need to learn dance as a man then i can teach you how to dance.    i try for you.   

but you also can learn dance from wuyue .  she know more dance than me .    next time we let her dance .
