每周Weekday的下班后的锻炼计划，欢迎加入

刚开始每周时间上的安排会有些变动，希望以后慢慢固定，我们从Burnaby的Brentwood Mall附近下午四点半左右出发去爬BCMC(走高速~二十分钟到)，参加爬BCMC的朋友如果要carpool可以和我们联系，可以到我公司附近的天车站会合，爬完后可以送到Downtown的Sky train Station

要不是你们两个陪着看着，我真怕是跑不下来，好久没认真跑了，谢谢，跑完很累但感觉很好！我喜欢跑坡，以后找找有没有大坡可以反复跑（跑上Z字走下），间或去跑坡也不错

There is no stop @Main street for skytrain from April 1 to October.
Could we meet @stadium skytrain station instead? For example, T&T entrance?

Nice run with Kitty yesterday; I will company ld doing BCMC after work, anyone here is more than welcome to join us.

今天下午 or 傍晚跑步一小时，您可以选时间。地点是Richmond的奥林匹克椭圆馆里的室内跑道，我有两张免费的day pass可用，跑完了您也可以接着玩其它的. (2 full day drop-in passes for 2 ppl, includes Skating, climbing,badminton, fitness center, group fitness classes+ more)

  尽量跟上领导的脚步。

只是，我很多时候530PM下班。如果不堵车，6点可以到。但有点紧张。

3-4次一周没问题。  YMCA就可以考虑停了。

今天和POKER 去PANARAMO RIDGE 了。过瘾。  真过瘾。
