2。一切计划会跟据当时天气，环境作灵活变动，队友应跟随整体行进，不可单独行动。

3. 一定要三人以上结伴同行。


需要CARPOOL的朋友准备两双鞋（一双是登山鞋），在开始Hiking前和结束后，换上干净的鞋，这样省去车主打扫车内卫生，谢谢！还可以再准备一双备用的袜子。爬完山，能让脚舒服一下也是种享受 .


必备装备：
1> lunch & snacks， 2升水 (better to bring some hot water in the themos)
2> 防水Hiking boots +Gaiter
3> 冰爪，有冰斧也带上，登顶有用。
4> 一對手套+hat
5> quick dry base layer 和一套御寒保暖衣服(e.g. fleece/down jacket)
6> 防雨防风外套
7> 头灯/手电筒
8> Day hiking背包及rain cover
9> 墨鏡
10> 哨子
11> 登山杖
12> 雨具

请报名的同学看好集合时间地点，可以早到不要迟到。

1. Drive north from Horseshoe Bay on Hwy 99 to Lions Bay.
2. Take the Lions Bay Avenue exit, 100 m
3. Slight right onto Lions Bay Ave, 67 m
4. Turn left onto Crossing Creek Rd, 130 m
5. Turn right onto Centre Rd, 93 m
6. Turn left onto Bayview Rd for 1 km, left again briefly onto Mountain Drive and finally left onto Sunset Drive to the gate and park on the road side.
7. If there's no parking, park at Lions Bay Elementary School 1km below on Mountain Drive.

看到潘博士的这一段，

Was in the area yesterday. Heard a sound of 2 avalanches, one short and one big, both most likely coming from the Goat south face, below tree level. This confirms we are in natural spring seasonal transition period, sun is out which makes snow move. Going into alpine this weekend will make me nervous. Afternoon slopes, any aspect, can be very unstable. The exposed traverse just below the emergency shelter on Golden Ears comes to mind. My estimate of safe alpine would be June-15 and after, when the snow that moves has moved. Be safe, don't become statistics.

Conditions Update: We have just entered a normal shoulder season, so trips to local hills will have to wait a bit. Sun, warm temps, dangerous swollen creeks and lot of snow still above 1,100 m, which is soft and moist, almost slush. "Unstable" is a polite word to describe it. If you slide nothing will stop you. Ice axe, crampons are of no use. Postholing and tree wells are typical for this time. Slopes are loaded with potential to wet slides that can kill. Not that I would call fun. Will wait till snow is gone and surface dry. Mid-June or so. Be safe. 8)

totally agree融雪季节期间的hiking一定要小心，e.g. spring avy，碎石坡&Creek（有洞有裂缝,融雪导致的岩石松动...）....
