Sunday Feb. 22 Panorama Ridge day hiking

Snow season is almost over, I cannot miss my favorite Ridge anymore. And the weather is perfect。

集合时间6am，西温教堂。1525 Taylor Way , West Vancouver , BC V7S 1N5

尽管痛恨早起，可是还是想多留点时间在ridge上。
带上雪鞋和冰爪，太阳镜，防晒霜，头灯。

现在的温度应该可以用水袋，方便饮水，而且节省时间。带1L热水加上1L冷水应该够了。

我这个周日休息。  但是，我要看有没有比我慢的同学参加。  如果，我最慢，我就不敢参加。    :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D

给点想法：：：   最好分两个对。  师父您带快队，LULU或者POKER或者别的什么同学带慢队。  我报名慢队。   慢队提前一个小时出发。  目标都是上RIDGE.   因为辛苦了半天，不上riDGE就有点事倍功半的味道。   如果慢队提前出发一个小时，估计两队可以同时上RIDGE.

It shouldn't be hard this time, not much snow and only the last part is steep. We should be able to finish it 8-10 hours.
You are completely fine with this trip. You are very welcome to join us. By the way, I am not faster than you.

The weather is so nice this weekend. Plan to stay on top of Ridge for 1 hour for view seeing and afternoon nap.

湖没冻住但也是大片白，不如融化了后好看，附上三天前的相片，如去Harvey? 我可以考虑早出发带慢队，这是CT上最近的情况说明

A beautiful day on Mt. Harvey today. No snow until reaching the ridge at 1400m (mid February!!) then occasional hard snow but microspikes stayed in the pack. Steeper parts of ridge were bare. No wind, warm in the sun, cold in the shade. Looked like Mt. Unnecessary area had a bit more snow. A-1 stellar hiking day! :)

I really like snow covered Garibaldi Lake, with some blue water part is just perfect. Don't want to miss this kind of view this year.

Harvey is too short. Mai Mang and me did once with very icy winter condition, car to car within 6 hours. I need a trail a bit longer to kill my whole day. :D  :D

在musical bump看到半结冰的Cheakamus湖，当时就想着，莫非Garibaldi湖也没冻住。等TR。

当然没冻住，今年穿湖希望不大了。半冻半化才是最美的境界  :sm1f:

不陡，他应该没问题，就是长点，30km。
我可以带2双雪鞋给你们。我有小孩的MSR雪鞋。

来吧，就算万一小家伙走不动了就原路返回，路线很清楚。
