行车一距离：距离Starbucks 2991 单程约30公里
建议每人Carpool费用：$20 from Richmond, $15 from Metrotown, $10 from Coquitlam centre, free at parking lot
Driving direction: Starting on Dewdney Trunk Road in Maple Ridge, turn north on 232 Street and follow it for 2.3 kilometers. Immediately after passing alongside Maple Ridge Park, turn right on Fern Crescent. Continue another 3.5 km to the Golden Ears Provincial Park gate.

Drive 11 km from the park entrance, passing the turnoff for the campsite. Shortly after the road changes to gravel, turn left into the West Canyon parking lot

3~4升水(有登山专用净水设备最好)

1. Safety is always the number one, please follow trail mark and returning cut off time

2. You have to be responsible, respect others, team work

3. You are on your own if you ignore dangerous situation or team lead's safety recommendation

This trip could be canceled on the date or on the hiking trial when there is unsafe condition presents

4. Age 35 ~ 65 physical fit for extreme hiking condition

5. You agree to be responsible for your own personal safety same as you hiking along, team member can help you call rescue operation if you need medical attention. :)  :)

欢迎你加入。据说三日不见高人必另眼看待，不比速度，走得稳健，有机会登顶最好，到山上看看风景，吃些鲜果也可以。我常去那儿，没有必须完成的任务一说。
