打到熊以后如何处理熊鞭：能拿熊鞭吗？

在《HUNTING AND TRAPPING SYNOPSIS 2007-2008》中有这样一句话：
The BC regulation forbids禁止 the possession拥有／持有,
trafficking交易, importing and exporting 进出口of
bear galls熊胆汁, including any part or derivative of
the gall bladder包括任何熊胆的部分或衍生品, and genitalia和生殖器.


这段话我的理解是：在BC省熊胆和熊鞭是不能拥有／持有的。

这样一来，可以让狩猎成为一项运动，而不会太商业化。

感谢这项法律，否则现在BC连熊毛估计都看不到了！

《HUNTING AND TRAPPING SYNOPSIS
2007-2008》中还有一段话：大家看看该如何处理熊的生殖器：

Evidence 证物of species and sex may be removed
from the carcass or the hide of game:


after it arrives at a person’s normal
dwelling place and is butchered and stored
there for consumption消费 on the premises,


after it is taken to a meat cutter屠夫 or the
owner or operator of a cold storage plant, or


after it has been inspected by a qualified
Compulsory Inspector.

NOTE: It is not an offence 犯罪to possess拥有／持有 bear
genitalia attached to相连 the hide or carcass,
and, after it is no longer不再 needed on a bear
carcass as evidence证物 of sex, the genitalia may
be removed from the hide at the above
locations if immediately destroyed破坏 and
disposed of 丢掉at that location. Leaving evidence of species and sex on the carcass畜体
will not spoil毁坏 or in any way contaminate污染 the meat.

我的理解是打到熊以后，一定不能将熊鞭割下单独放置，要连着畜体运回家，否则麻烦大了！违法了！

警察一定会直奔猎物： 看一看－－雄性生殖器！如果不是“原装”在猎物身体上。 你就可以被怀疑猎杀了雌性！ 您要再来证明是公的。麻烦大得很！

环保官还告诉我：  即使已经被检查了。在猎手回家的路途之中， 任何皇家骑警都有权力再次检查。你只有进入了猎证登记的家庭住址以后。才能够开刀！享受你的猎物吧！

熊胆？当场就地和其他内脏扔掉！

各位是千万不要有其他妄想， 早先来的华人前辈， 早就将这传说之中比黄金还有医用的宝贝。用到了极限！ 为此加拿大政府专门立法限制！
