NW Hikers
There is a good little stream at elevation 4,100 feet on the trail up to Devil’s Dome that is the only water source for the 7-mile ascent. The spring at Devils’s Dome (east side) was running and there were pools with lime green moss and flowers on the banks.
The spring at Devil’s Pass that is described as having a pipe was a puddle about a foot across and four inches deep. There is water by that little camp just before you hit the scree slope.
No water at Anacortes Crossing or Nickol Creek. Devil’s Park had plenty of water. Scummy water at McMillian Park. Lavish waterfalls on the descent to Canyon Creek trailhead.
