God Loves The World
Two of us went for a beta on Tantalus Wall (the right side of the west face of the Chief), and were passing by the exit from "Warriors of the Wasteland route 5.12b" when we encountered this weathered book of The New Testament. Whatever the meaning and who left it there long time ago, it was sitting under the rock. To get there one must either climb the wall from the very bottom or like us, hike from the back via a set of fixed ropes via obscure climbers trail. Not that I am religious, but recently I took a fancy of reading the bible, The New Testament, so trying not to build a connection, but still how many times have I ever seen the bible in the mountains? None.
