Arguably Manning's second most popular trail (after the Heather Trail), leading from the Strawberry Flats area to Skagit Valley over a total distance of 25.5 km.

The mid portions of the route follow along ridges that are covered in beautiful wildflowers during the early summer. There are great views of Hozameen Mountain, Strike Lake, and Ross Lake from the trail.

Mowich campsite is located at approximately the halfway point, and sometimes can be lacking in a good water supply in the late summer months. Use a two car system or arrange a pickup to do the one-way traverse, or return at the halfway point to create a long day-hike.

The park is located 12 km southwest of Hope in the beautiful Skagit Valley. From the south: from Highway #1 watch for Silver/Skagit Provincial Park signs approaching Flood-Hope Road  (Exit #168). Follow the blue park signs, turn right onto Flood-Hope Road, travel approximately 1 km to turn right on Silver Skagit Road. From the north: take either Exit #170 or #168 to Flood-Hope Road, and follow the signs to Silver Skagit Road. Travel this scenic route along the valley bottom, the first 2 km on pavement, the remainder on gravel.  At 6 km watch for the park signs at a bridge on your right. Turn right and go over the bridge. It is 1 km in to the park.

3> 2升水 (better to bring some hot water in the themos)

Car camping 露营装备：

帳篷 / 睡袋 / 睡墊
footprint或雨布, 鋪在帳篷下可以有效地防沙防潮
食物 - 一顿早餐, 中午的干糧, 零食, 水果及湯水茶包
水袋 / 水瓶
爐 / 氣 / 鍋 / 食器/ 杯子 / 點火器 / 防水火柴
抹手紙
多個結實的塑料大及小垃圾袋

衣服：防雨外套及褲子必備, 早晚會冷, 至少帶1套禦寒保暖衣服, 如羽絨, fleece jacket, 羊毛longjohns,羊毛衣。其他衣物都選輕的,快乾的。
吸水輕毛巾
輕便鞋 or trail runner

個人衛生品 / 刷牙用品 / 洗面奶 / 潤膚霜
梳子
廁紙 / 洗手液(Hand Sanitizer)
防熊劑(optional)

一些注意事项：

需要CARPOOL的朋友准备两双鞋（一双是登山鞋），在开始Hiking前和结束后，换上干净的鞋，这样省去车主打扫车内卫生，谢谢！还可以再准备一双备用的袜子。爬完山，能让脚舒服一下也是种享受 .

手套很有用, 保暖防寒, 要防水／快干的, 建议备两双.

看了下TR，Conway这季节还不太好走，改成 Silver Lake 露营 + Skyline West 和四路军回师山上。 :lol:  :lol:
