集合地点一：Coquitlam Center Station, Coquitlam;
集合时间二：9:00am;
集合地点二：22nd Station, New Westminster;

骑行总里程：往返约115公里（集合地点一）/77公里（集合地点二）；
预计骑行时间：8小时；
领队：麦芒；
参加者要求：骑行速度>15公里／小时；day riding耐力；

Route : via Alex Fraser Bridge, River Road (Delta), hopefully cycling past pumpkin fields and see flocks of Canada geese or snow geese on the way

午餐: at Tsawwassen Mills or somewhere else.

携带物品：头盔，防寒衣物，骑行包，水，road bike is recommended.
