個人體能 - 可以在雪道保持平行, 可以做snow plow控制速度, 可以在Cypress滑到Upper Warming Hut

在Winthrop牛仔鎮租了一間可容納8人的房子

Driving direction to the Lodge:-

* I-90 East to Cle Elum
* HWY 970 East to HWY 97 North
* HWY 2 East (and 97 North) to Wenatchee
* Continue on HWY 97 North to Pateros
* HWY 153 North to Twisp
* HWY 20 West to Winthrop

OR

* I-5 North to Everett
* HWY 2 East to Wenatchee
* HWY 97 North to Pateros
* HWY 153 North to Twisp
* HWY 20 West to Winthrop

Lodge is located in the Cascade Condominium complex off Hwy 20 at the south end of Winthrop. The driveway is across from KOA Campground. There is a Cascade Condominium sign at the bottom of the driveway. After taking the driveway up the hill, make the first right. The driveway will go past a few of the condos, then take the first driveway to the left. The building is located on the right side of the drive.

Look for a large colorful bear on the front of the building.

司機出發前跟貼 Washington State Department of Transportation網站, 留意 I90 和 Hwy 2的路面狀況, 如有路段關閉, 必需把行車路線作適當改動。

Methow Valley Trailheads

The Methow Valley’s skiing, scenery, and trails are world-class --and our extensive trail system provides for 120 miles of skiing in peaceful, freshly groomed and uncrowded conditions.

The Nordic ski trail system is divided into four areas, all connected by the Methow Community Trail, which includes a suspension bridge crossing the Methow River, trailheads, and lodges along the way.

Bus Shuttle

On each Saturday from January 7 - February 25, Methow Trails offers transportation service between Winthrop and Mazama for those looking for a one-way ski journey along the iconic Methow Community Trail. The shuttle is free, but a valid ski trail pass is required. Pick-up times are:
•Winthrop Town Trailhead 10:00am
•Brown's Farm Trailhead 10:15am
•Mazama Trailhead 11:00am
•Brown's Farm Trailhead 11:15am

注意事項:

參加者一定要持有效美國入境証件, 如:
1. 加拿大護照, 或中國護照+ 簽証+ 有效6個月入境小白卡"I-94"
未入藉同學記緊要帶楓葉卡, 護照(加拿大護照除外)最少有效期六個月, 即不能早過2018年6月12號到期。
Visitors traveling to the U.S. are required to be in possession of passports that are valid for six months beyond the period of their intended stay in the U.S.

司機注意:
如閣下持有Novice牌(Class 7), 除非在一名年滿25歲持有Class 1 - 5的人仕陪同, 否則只可接載一名乘客, 也一定是掛上"N"字標誌。請參閱ICBC網站

Carpool費用以美元計算, 建議:
汽油費用總和 + 過橋費 + 泊車費 ÷ 乘客人數
另每人再付$20給司機清洗汽車和維修, 費用應該round up, 不可以round down

司機和乘客責任:-

乘客要熟讀路線, 協助導航, 不可以在後座打呼呼。

車主應保證車輛的良好狀態，遵守交規，安全駕駛，若違反交規，所收到的罰單由當時的駕駛人自行負擔。整個行車過程中，由於意外引發的修車費，由車上乘客及車主分攤，由於正常磨損需更換零件的修車費用由車主負責，舉例如下：

車窗被碎石砸裂則保險以外須由車主負擔的費用由車上各人分攤, 即deductible (通常$300) 或填補裂縫(約$100)的費用。

在行車期間, 撞到動物, 車身損毀, 則保險以外須由車主負擔的費用由車上各人分攤, 即deductible (通常$300) 。

爆胎需補胎，費用各人平攤，若因輪胎磨損過度，無法補胎需換胎，則換胎費用由車主負擔。

拖車費由各人平攤。

四天集体做飯, 然後一起滑雪。

Day 1 - 在Lodge等, 各自吃晚飯

Day 2 - 9:30am離開Lodge, 開車到Winthrop Trailhead, 乘10:00am的Shuttle到Browns Farm Trailhead. 走Mazama Trails, 然後沿Methow Community Trail返回Winthrop Trailhead

Day 3 - 走Sun Mountain Trails

Day 4 - 走小部分Rendezvous Trails, 然後各自開車返Vancouver
