山中木屋迎新，天气不好雪况也不好小伙伴们一样玩得不亦乐乎，我们㊗️大家新年快乐天天开心！以下相片录像都是队友们所摄，多谢分享！
Our big group had a very enjoyable time once we made the Waddington hut. It was a bit of a challenge negotiating the final ascent with full packs Saturday p.m. on snowshoes and/or microspikes with the hard crusty snow, so it was great to see the hut emerging from the fog as we crossed the lake!

There's very little firewood in the cellar and we used almost none.

We did manage to carefully chip ice away from the door sill with the spade, so the door was closing properly once again, on our departure.

It snowed all night and Sunday morning, so the conditions were very different (much easier) for the hike out. Beautiful deep dry powder at the top giving way to wet powder below. Our snowshoes were balling up eventually on the logging road, so most of us did the last section with boots only.

No problem travelling the icy road in with 2 Jeeps, 4Runner and Explorer. We were the first track out through 4+" of new snow yesterday.
