DBZ September Classic 龙舟赛[Vancouver]

加龙龙舟队组队参加9.24 号温哥华的DBZ Fall Classic 龙舟比赛。 Coach : Brendon Anderson ; Team Captain: Elbert Qi Steers: Elbert Qi, Gary Luo, 闪亮的日子 ; Caller: junwen treasury： 立春 Coordinator: Lulu 赛事队为混合队。 男女各10-12 名。 龙舟赛事训练于7.4 号开始。 常规训练：周一  5:45 - 7:45 PM（Mandatory )   (New paddlers have to come half an hour earlier for dry land training before the practise starts, if possible.) 加训时间：周三 5:45 - 7:45 PM（optional） 比赛时间：9.24. 2022 （1 full day) 地址： 1 Athletes Way, Creekside Commnunity Center ,Vancouver Public transportation ： Main Street station， or Olympic Villiage Skytrain station. Parking: Paypark available on street nearby, or free parking on Manitoba, Quebec Street. Equipment： PFD and Paddlers all the nessary equipment will be provided if you don't have your own. Absenses: This is team sport. You are very important to us. If you have ligitimate reasons for not coming to the practise, please report to the captain of the team as early as possible. We understand family is important to you. If there is any family plan/emergency, please family first, but you have to report to captain of the day to excuse you. We are still under the shadow of Covid Pandemic. If you are not feeling well, or any covid suspicious, please have a break at home. Arrange the transportation earlier to avoid traffic. 5~6 pm is heavey traffic time in Vancouver.   Otherwise, absences without legitmate reasons will get the maximum three strikes before you are removed from the team list without any refund. One team, one paddle. This is the goal we want to achieve   What to wear: 替换快干衣裤各一套。 （防滑手套 optional) 鞋: 水鞋，sneaker，no flip flops. light quick drying clothes, recommended long/short-sleeved shirt, legging, sun hat (to be tight in case the wind blows out of the water) water sports shoes / crocs and other non-slip shoes with toes, apply sunscreen. Bring an extra set of clothes in case get wet. Rain jacket,wind breaker in case bad weather. Conduct during dry land training and in the boat: No talking when coach/leader is talking. Listen and pay attention in your own boat. Always remeber who your partner is, and the paddlers' name who sit in front, back seat of  you.   Paddles straight up in the air if you need to draw attention to yourselves in case of emergency. Review - Dragon Boat Paddling Commands 1）untied boat - 解开缆绳 bumpers in（同时，靠近bumper的队员，把bumper 放进船内） 2）paddles up - 预备起桨 3）back down - 后退 4）let her (it) run - 让船自行漂移 5）paddles up, take it away - 预备起桨，前进 6）hold boat - 停船 （此时，应该将船桨插入水中，桨面与水面成近90角） 7）left side draw the boat - 左侧队员身体探出船舷外侧，桨面与船侧平行插入水中最远点，将水向船底划拨；与此同时右侧船员身体向右倾斜，配合左侧船员，保持船体左右平衡） Review - Dragon Boat Paddling Commands Paddles Up: Be ready to paddle. All paddlers with paddles above the water (3-6 inches from the surface) ready to enter the water. Take it Away: Begin paddling. Let it Run: Stop paddling and let the boat glide. Hold the Boat or Stop the Boat: Place paddles in the water, with paddle pointed straight down, blade submerged. It will bring the boat to a stop. If you hear the command, “Hold hard,” quickly put your paddle straight down and then back it up one stroke. Back it Down: Paddle backwards. Draw (left or right side): Initiates a turn using draw strokes by the designated paddlers. Can also be used to get the boat closer to something, a dock, for example. Brace the boat: Place your paddle blade on top of the water and hold it there. This stabilizes the boat. It is needed when anyone stands up in the boat to change position, etc. Have fun practising and enjoy the beautiful summer in Vanvcouver! 费用：$150. （包括租船，教练，及设备） 鉴于团体运动的性质，要求所有队员在7月到八月至少能够在周一参加4次的集体训练和九月三次赛前集训。 没有划桨经验的队员要求能够参加包括周一/周三的体能训练至少十次。 非现役队员的队服队帽将另行定制付费。（大概$50 加元） 训练全员满船22人+舵手+教练。 为确保比赛的顺利进行，要求所有队员不得在比赛前三日和当日参加重大赛事。 （比如半马距离即以上的赛事，标铁及以上赛事等等。） 不得在比赛前三日长徒外出爬山徒步。 不得自己随意找替补。 谢谢各位队友的精诚合作! 让我们期待一个让人激动的金秋龙舟赛！ 舵手或者愿意接受舵手训练的优先考虑进队。 Preference will be given 现役2022 年6月温哥华国际赛事队员  (5.12 前报名者） 现龙舟候补队队员  （5.20 号前报名者）报名截止日期：2022.6.30. 未满16名队员报名，将不予组队。（5.4.2022） 报名人数达到参赛标准， 组队成功。 有兴趣者可以继续报名直到满员。（5.12.2022） 可继续报名，需要男女桨手各两名。 2022.6.1. 报名已满。 等候名单上接受报名。。。 2022.6.28 需要候补女桨手两名。 2022.7.5 组织者对队员名单有最终决定权。 —————————————————————————————————————————————— 加龙龙舟队是北美户外非盈利组织项下的户外活动。 所有组织召集均为义工自愿服务。龙舟队以团队形式参加本地龙舟协会（DBZ）及加拿大国家龙舟协会（IDBF）的比赛。训练费以及比赛费用均是参照DBZ的收费标准。 缴费程序及退款也一律按照DBZ的规定。 参加人员请去此网站仔细阅读条款， 如有异议，请在缴费前提出。 https://dragonzone.ca/info/rules/ Individual Registrations Full payment is required at the time of registration/booking Individual program cancellations incur a 25% administration fee if cancelled at least 1 week before the event/program start date.
