Tips on Tipping

Besides a swimsuit, an energy bar, a warm layer of clothing such as polypropylene long underwear, a wind layer, hat, and sunscreen, be sure you bring a few extra dollars in a zipper-lock plastic bag to tip the guide. It's customary on any guided trip to tip the hard-working individuals who made your voyage so memorable. But the question a lot of rafters struggle with is, How much should I tip?

For one-day raft trips, figure on tipping your guide about $5 per person in your group if you liked the trip. If you really liked the guide and the ride, then $10 per person is appropriate. If you had the time of your life, then the sky is the limit. For multi-day trips, use the per-day rate above and multiply by the number of days you were out.

那天谁说的温哥华现在卖的都是美国进口的樱桃？  
今天刚去丽晶问过，他们卖的樱桃都是从Okanagan农场运来的，而且成熟期比去年还早1周左右。

U deserve the highest priority to get the pix/CD since u had extra performance. Which none of us did and we have to wait until next time to "taste" it.

U made it happen! Ur effort and understanding from Small Escargot were highly appreciated. We need more people to stand up to serve our group as a "program manager". All of us should respect and follow his/her order. Only the lead has rights to say/do. All of us are just "yes" persons. If we do so, Starlight, where is ur next target?

:P 不好意思，尝了个鲜。俺平时都是很谦让的，可是那个时候也不知道怎么就下去了。等回过神来的时候，人已经在水下，感觉到船从头上擦过。现在想想挺过瘾的。

Escargots, in French cuisine, is a dish of cooked land snails, usually served as an appetizer. In France, escargots are typically only eaten on festive occasions.
